Every Belong piece is engineered for those who view travel as an art form. Crafted from premium materials like German Makrolon® Polycarbonate and aero-grade aluminium, our products are tested for endurance and designed to protect your world, wherever you take it. Our warranty reflects our commitment to your journey long after your first departure.

This policy applies to all Belong products purchased directly from www.belonglifestyle.com or authorized retail partners.

Each warranty term begins from the date of delivery. Within this period, Belong will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

 

 

What’s Covered

Your warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Depending on your product, this includes:

Luggage

  • Shell Integrity: Cracks or breaks in the German Makrolon® Polycarbonate shell under normal handling.

  • Wheels: Issues with DURA 82 Silent 360° Spinners under normal condition.

  • Handles: Malfunctioning telescopic trolley systems or side handles under normal condition.

  • Security: Defects in TSA lock, clasp, or zipper mechanisms.

  • Interior: Defects in lining, straps, or dividers.

Backpacks

  • Stitching or seam defects

  • Faulty zippers or buckles

  • Strap or lining defects

  • Material defects affecting usability

 

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Airline damage

  • Misuse or overloading

  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents

  • Extreme heat / chemicals / water damage

  • Unauthorized repair

  • No invoice / proof of purchase

 

 

The Belong Restoration Service

For approved warranty claims, customer sends product to our service centre and Belong provides free return shipping.
