If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in perfect re-sellable condition
Returned with all original packaging
Packed with all tags, plastic covers, bubble wrap, protective materials, and outer carton included
The original packaging is required to ensure the product can be safely returned. Items sent without proper packaging may not be accepted.
We recommend checking your product at home before deciding to keep it:
For luggage, roll it indoors to experience the smooth movement of the DURA 82 Super Silent 360° wheels
For backpacks, check compartments, zippers, and straps carefully
For accessories, inspect comfort, finish, and fit while keeping protective wrapping intact
Keep suitcase locks set to 0-0-0 until you decide to keep the product
Retain all packaging until your final decision is made

Used products
Items returned without complete packaging
Personalised or custom-made products
Products that have already been returned or exchanged once
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Each product can only be returned once per order.

Our team will guide you through the return process and schedule the pickup if applicable.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 12–15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
If the item fails the quality check or is returned without complete packaging, the return will be rejected.
In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer and shipping charges both ways will be borne by the customer.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
(bank account, credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be issued as a Belong gift voucher / coupon, which can be used for future purchases.
At Belong, our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain quality, finish, and exclusivity.
Because many colours and designs are made in small batches, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.
If you require a different size, colour, or model, you may place a new order separately.
